With the long plastic shape of a seating landscape, Germ is not based on a literal or figurative “hugging of trees” but on a profound respect for the important process in our natural environment: the germination of new life. Through its unique design and use of colours, a park bench recalls a fruit which arbitrarily buds in a park or on a square, generating new life with new relationships.

Daar zou ik wel eens willen opzitten
