The shape of this bench has an ergonomic design intended to be suitable for a seated position, looking ahead, or offering the choice of a sideways position with the legs under one of the armrests. There is enough space beneath the armrests that have been designed in such a way as to offer a flat surface that can be used as a mini-table on which one could put a book, a file, a sketchbook, a laptop, etc.
